Experience
The practice is built on senior in-house experience inside global technology and industrial companies. That background — advising product, engineering, and executive teams from within — informs counsel that is practical, risk-calibrated, and ready for scrutiny from regulators, boards, and transaction counterparties.
Google Legal Operations — Google Play Store
An indispensable part of the Google Legal Operations team, advising on privacy and content moderation for the Google Play Store. Work included assessing new features and data practices against U.S. and international privacy law and translating legal requirements into workable product decisions for product and engineering teams. The role demanded advice that could be implemented at scale without slowing the business it served.
Legal Trust & Safety — Twitter
An integral part of Twitter's Legal Trust & Safety and content moderation team, advising on the legal frameworks governing platform integrity, user safety, and lawful content enforcement at global scale. The work centred extensively on hate speech content moderation — shaping and applying enforcement policy, assessing borderline content against differing legal standards across jurisdictions, and translating safety and free-expression obligations into operational moderation decisions. It demanded legally precise judgment, delivered at the speed and scale of a global platform.
In-house counsel — Uber
Counsel within a global platform business operating across U.S. and European regulatory environments. The work formed part of a broader practice in privacy program development and incident-response leadership, advising on the obligations that attach to large-scale data processing. It deepened the firm’s experience with the operational realities of compliance inside fast-moving, highly regulated organizations.
In-house counsel — Egger
In-house counsel at Egger in Austria, advising an international industrial group on European legal matters, including data protection in a manufacturing and enterprise context. The role grounded the practice in EU regulatory culture and in the expectations of European supervisory authorities. It informs the firm’s advice to European companies expanding into the United States, and to U.S. companies operating in Europe.
Across these roles, the consistent thread is accountability for decisions that had to hold up — before supervisory authorities, in diligence, and in the aftermath of incidents. That standard now defines the firm’s client work.
